ABOUT YOUR TEACHER

CONNIE TRINH | STUDIO SUBI FOUNDER & TEACHER
The face behind Studio Subi, Connie is a lover and ambassador of all things handmade.
"Craft has always been my creative outlet, my happy moments, I could spend hours with, even preferred over sleep. I’ve always wished for a dedicated space where I could leave out all my supplies at the ready. When a short-term opportunity for a dedicated space came up, I jumped for it!"
And so Studio Subi was born! A creative space for creative skills to be shared, likeminded humans to meet and have fun learning or developing their skills further. We've got so many amazing teachers, all specialised in their own craft and passionate to share their knowledge with you.
One of my favourite makes is our amigurumi octopus.
Connie will be your crochet teacher.

CAROLINE IVSIC | STUDIO SUBI TEACHER
Born in France, Caroline grew up with French and Danish culture, and learned knitting through her Danish heritage. She started knitting in 2020 and has continued to explore the craft with curiosity.
Caroline's studies in plant biology brought her to Perth in 2023 to undergo her PhD. Caroline continues knitting as a passionate hobby and a way to relax and practice mindfulness in her downtime. Caroline joined Studio Subi to pass on her skills to others wanting to explore the world of knitting and particularly loves to create sweaters, cardigans and other garments.
Caroline will be your knitting teacher.

DANIELA FRANCHINI | STUDIO SUBI KNITTING TEACHER | A KNITTER'S SUITCASE
