20/4 Positive Stitching for Mindful Kids

WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

In this workshop, we will draw, colour and stitch a piece of art that will express a positive affirmation (statement or phrase) to hang in their special space and help brighten their outlook on the world. They will spend the morning focusing on negative vs positive self-talk and further developing their growth mindset with scenario discussions and an emphasis on positive words and phrases. In the afternoon they will design and create their own positive affirmation by using a variety of artistic mediums and simple stitches.
