Giving back to our community, to support those in need.
We have activities through the year, and a portion of class attendances goes towards a charity.

St John of God Hospital & Health Care Services
Nov 2025: $20 to Christmas 2025 Appeal supporting palliative care.
March-May 2026: $398 to social outreach.
July 2026: $200 to areas of greatest need.
What is Social Outreach? It's community mental health and wellbeing services, includes supporting young people at risk of homelessness to develop skills for a brighter future; emotional support for struggling parents; alcohol and drug prevention, counselling, education and training.
The Salvation Army’s Oasis Project
The Oasis Project supports young people between the ages of 16 and 25 who are marginalised and disadvantaged, many of whom have been sleeping rough, couch surfing, or living in unstable and unsafe arrangements.
Funds raised go directly towards supporting young people experiencing homelessness, helping them access to stable accommodation and transition to independent living.
